So lately I've been contemplating taking some time off from coffee. this sounds a little ridiculous, because my love for coffee runs deep. But i probably drink more coffee than i ever drink water which is no doubt horrible for my body.
Also, I probably spend roughly $75 a month on coffee in coffeeshops, which is more than half of what i spend on groceries in a month. Clearly, my coffee habit is out of control. So in an effort to cleanse my body and improve my health, while at the same time save cash, I am going to cut out my daily coffee, at least during the work week. I doubt I will be able to say no to it out at brunch on a Saturday morning. I'm two days in. Let's see how long this lasts.
